How do I request additional services?

Message your vendor through the platform with what you need - a one-time mulch job, a special pool cleaning, anything outside your recurring service. The vendor sends back a proposal with the details, pricing, and service date. Review it, accept if it looks right, and it's scheduled. Once accepted, it's treated like any other service: same notifications, same records, same payment flow. Additional services can be one-time or recurring, so if you want the vendor to come back on a regular basis, that can be built into the proposal too.
