How is the service date decided?

The vendor servicing your Block sets the date based on their route and the days you selected when signing up. Once it's confirmed, you'll get the day of week and start day. If the scheduled date doesn't work for you, reach out to the vendor directly. They can often accommodate a different time or make other arrangements to get your home serviced.
