Can I leave a review?

Yes. After each completed service, you'll be asked to rate the vendor. Reviews are seen by Bulqit and the vendor, and you can flag if you'd like the vendor or someone from Bulqit to follow up, whether something went wrong or the vendor went above and beyond. Every review feeds into the vendor's Bulqit Score, which is visible to members and vendors alike. This score helps us maintain the standard of service across the platform and gives vendors a clear signal on how they're doing.
