Start by reaching out to the vendor as most issues are fixed quickly once the vendor knows something's wrong. If that doesn't resolve it, contact Bulqit and our team will work with the vendor to make it right. In cases where the issue is serious or ongoing, we'll replace the vendor on your Block.
