First, message the vendor through the platform as most missed or delayed services are resolved directly with a quick conversation. Bulqit also tracks service completion on our end, so we'll know if a service wasn't performed. If you can't reach the vendor or the issue isn't resolved, contact Bulqit support and we'll step in.
