How does the homeowner sign-up experience work?

Participation is optional for individual homeowners. At or around close, buyers are introduced to Bulqit and can sign up for whichever services are available on their Block. There’s no membership fee. They see the Block price, confirm, and they’re in. The platform handles everything from scheduling to payment automatically.
