What happens if the vendor on my Block changes?

The vendor who wins your Block earns the right to keep it as long as they're meeting Bulqit standards. So in most cases, your vendor stays the same. That's the goal. When a change does happen - whether the vendor steps away from the platform or no longer meets our performance bar - we work to make the transition seamless. We'll let you know in advance, give you the new vendor's details, and work to ensure there's no interruption to your service. Your pricing and schedule stay the same wherever possible. If you have questions during a transition, contact Bulqit support directly. We don't hand vendor changes off to you to figure out.
