You and Bulqit will both get a notification when a scheduled service hasn't been completed. Missing a service is a serious issue as it's a bad experience for the member and damages the trust they have in the platform. Reach out to the member right away, work with them to reschedule, and make it right. Repeated misses or poor follow-through will affect your rating and, eventually, your eligibility to earn future Blocks.
