How do I communicate with members?

You can communicate via platform messaging, SMS, email, or phone. The member receives it through their preferred channel on their end, and all contact is routed through masked numbers and addresses, so neither side sees the other's personal details. Use member contact only for work on their Bulqit service. Don't use it for marketing, off-platform solicitation, or contacting members about services outside Bulqit, as this will automatically terminate your relationship with Bulqit and members.
