How do I create a Bulqit account?
Enter your address at Bulqit.com. If you're in a service area, you'll be prompted to create an account.
How do I change my email, phone, or password?
Go to Settings. You can update your email, phone, and password at anytime.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to Settings > Notification. You can choose how you get notified (SMS or email) for each notification type.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Settings > Payments. Add, remove, or set a default method. Changes take effect on your next charge.
How do I cancel my Bulqit account?
Go to Settings and select “Close Account”. You'll be asked to confirm. Closing your account cancels any current or future services immediately.
